Refunds & Returns Policy
Shipping:
Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. We currently ship to U.S. addresses.
Rates & Carriers: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may include handling and packaging. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email when available.
Delays & Address Issues: Lman Comics is not responsible for carrier delays or for orders delayed due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Refunds & Returns:
Physical Items: All comic sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. If there is an issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Once approved, we will provide a replacement or refund. Returns must be authorized before sending anything back.
Digital Items: Digital downloads (including the free PDF) are non‑refundable once delivered or accessed.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Lman Comics is not responsible for lost or stolen Packages. Please contact your local carrier office for assistance. We're happy to help with tracking details where possible.
Packaging: All items are packed carefully to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. If your order arrives damaged, please include photos of the packaging and product when you contact us.
