Welcome to Panels and Purpose! My name is Joshua Grube. I am the creator, artist, writer, and self-publisher of Lman - a comic about a one-year-old, diapered-hero, named Lman.

How did we get here you may ask? That can be a long story, but for introductory purposes I have a life long love of art, storytelling, and general creativity. As I grew as an artist, I wanted to tell stories through my art and writing. I wanted to explore themes of storytelling and characters that would resonate with kids and adults. Comics were a huge part of my life growing up and hold a special place in my heart. I want to bring that experience to today's kids and rekindle that childhood experience in adults who may have forgotten how wonderful it is to be a kid!

So if you are a fan of comic books, a parent, or a kid? It is my sincere hope that you find something special in Lman and his adventures.

As the blog continues, I will delve into creativity, parenting, maybe some life tips and tricks from one dad to another, one artist to another, and one friend to another.
